Information on SierraSoft Service Center

SierraSoft Service Center, the portal of services from SierraSoft, is divided into two main areas: Users Area and Administrators Area.

Users Area

All persons regularly registered at SierraSoft Service Center can enter in Users area. It is not necessary to be owner of SierraSoft products.
The area includes services available for all users of SierraSoft Service Center (trial-version download, freeware products download, documentation, access to demo area, etc.) and other services available only for SierraSoft products users (patch download, products download,manuals on-line,dedicated forum, etc.).
A SierraSoft Service Center user can be enabled to use all services reserved to SierraSoft users by an owner of end user license agreement through the instruments of Administrators Area.

Administrators Area

Only owners of regular end user license agreements of SierraSoft products are allowed to Administrators Area.
The area includes instruments for the management of licenses and SierraSoft Service Center users profiles.
The management of licenses includes a view on the owned Softwares with details on licenses, modules, work stations and enabled services for support.
The management of users profiles allows to associate a user with a software work station and also to be enabled to use all services reserved for SierraSoft users (services are limited to those associated for the same work station).

Attention: for each software working station is automatic activated a profile for the SierraSoft Service Center user, so the administrator can use these users profiles to enter in SierraSoft Service Center users area.

UserID and Password for the access to administrators area and to the list of almost activated users can be  automatic required to SierraSoft Service Center  transmitting UserID and Password of the previous SierraSoft Service Center, or they can be requested directly to SierraSoft by sending a fax to: +39 0434 254907.
